5 Habits For A Healthier Smile
Simple daily practices that can help support better oral health.

Healthy teeth are mostly the result of small things done consistently. None of the habits below take long, and together they make a real difference between checkups.
Brush for two minutes, twice a day
Use a soft brush and a fluoride toothpaste, angle the bristles toward the gumline and take your time. An electric brush with a timer makes this easier to keep up.
Clean between your teeth
Floss or interdental brushes reach the surfaces a toothbrush cannot. Once a day is enough, ideally before you brush in the evening.
Watch how often you snack
It is the frequency of sugar, not only the amount, that matters. Keeping sweet drinks and snacks to mealtimes gives enamel time to recover.
Drink water and keep your visits
Water rinses the mouth and supports saliva. Pair these habits with regular checkups and most problems are found while they are still small.
